AI Knowledge Assistant

A demonstration interface for searching documents and retrieving relevant information.

Policies, contracts, and procedures live in many files. Finding a specific answer means knowing where to look, and generic chatbots may answer confidently without a source.

• Answer questions using only approved internal documents.
• Show the source passages behind every answer.
• Make it clear when the documents do not contain an answer.

The concept uses retrieval-augmented generation: relevant passages are found first, then a language model drafts an answer constrained to those passages, with citations back to each document.

The interface puts sources beside the answer rather than hiding them, and includes an explicit “not found in your documents” state. Document ingestion, chunking, and access controls are separated so they can be tuned per organisation.
